Lot 77
A collection of rare, early,
unpublished snap-shots of Elvis Presley, comprising: two black and
white snap-shots of Elvis at home in Memphis, 1957, both --
5x3½in. (12.7x 8.9cm.), accompanied by a typescript note to
Photographers World magazine, enclosing the pictures; eight
colour snap-shots of Elvis with some fans taken at Hobart Arena,
Troy, Ohio, 24 November, 1956, including one shot of Elvis on stage
and one shot of Scotty Moore, Bill Black, D.J. Fontana and others,
all -- 3½x5in. (8.9x12.7cm.); and five black and white
snapshots of Elvis, some with fans, one taken backstage at Hobart
Arena, Ohio and the others taken at a motel in Troy, Ohio, November,
1956, majority -- 3½x3½in. (8.9x8.9cm.)

Lot 78
A peaked cap, the
cap of blue wool trimmed at the front with a maritime motif in gilt
braid and two gilt buttons with anchor decoration, the cap with
black vinyl peak, labelled inside Han-Kraft, "Fly-Weight",
the hat appears to be similar to that worn by Elvis Presley in the
1962 Paramount film Girls! Girls! Girls!; accompanied by a
corresponding colour photograph -- 10x8in. (25.4x20.3cm.)

A two-piece
suit of navy blue gabardine, the jacket with single button fastening
with corresponding slim leg trousers, both with Sy Devore,
Hollywood... label inside with typescript details, Name:
Elvis Presley, Date: 6/11/64 and No. 10418, the
label in the jacket stamped in blue M.G.M. -- similar to that
worn by Elvis Presley in the 1966 M.G.M. film Spinout;
accompanied by a corresponding photograph -- 10x8in.

Trusts And Assignment Of Rents agreement, signed by Elvis and
Priscilla Presley, 1970, the printed document completed in
typescript on 2 April, 1970, the agreement between the Trustors,
Elvis Presley and Priscilla Presley, husband and wife and the
beneficiary Marjorie McDonald, an unmarried woman in respect
of a property in Riverside, California, for a payment of
$85,000, signed in blue ballpoint pen Elvis Presley and
Priscilla Presley, 8 April, 1970 and counter-signed by a
notary, Mary Sholty, with attached typescript addendum detailing the
boundaries of the property, initialled by Elvis and Priscilla
Presley
